The work/ Money and paperwork

Weekly Roll-up

The weekly report drafted from where the work already happened.

Report

What we do

We assemble it in your boss's own format and mark what could not be found, so a quiet week and a busy week stop looking identical on the page.

The problem

Five people send updates in five formats. Some in chat, some in a document, one of them verbally on Thursday. The lead reads all of it and rewrites it into one report. Two to three hours every week, the same two to three hours whether the week was eventful or empty.

The fix

The report is drafted from where the work already happened, before anybody is asked to write an update at all. The lead spends the time on the part that needs a person: what it means, what is at risk, and what they want from their own boss.

How it was built

Pull from the systems the team already touches, then assemble it in the boss's own format, the one that has been used for years. The draft marks what it could not find, so a quiet week and a busy week stop looking identical on the page.
