How it works
Every engagement runs the same four steps, whichever of the five lines it ends up in. The first step is the one that decides the rest, and it is worth buying on its own.
Diagnose
A paid interview that maps how your operation actually runs and names the one problem that is binding. You leave with that answer whether or not anything gets built.
Prescribe
You see the shape of the thing, what it will and will not decide on its own, and the price, before anything is made. If a shared spreadsheet solves it, you get told that.
Make
One or two engagements run at once across the whole studio, five or six a year. Yours is not queued behind ten others and it is not handed to a junior.
Hand over
What was built is yours, in your own repository, on your own hosting, with fourteen days of warranty. A tune-up is a scheduled conversation, not a subscription you forget to cancel.
The diagnosis decides which of these five you actually need, and it is regularly not the one you walked in asking for.
Start with the interview
It is worth doing even if nothing gets built afterwards. You leave knowing which problem is binding and what shape of thing would fit it.
