The morning inbox sorted by what it wants from you, not by who sent it.
What we do
Decide, delegate, read, or nothing. Routine replies arrive drafted, and anything contractual or sensitive is never drafted at all.
The problem
The inbox is the to-do list, the archive and the escalation channel at once, so everything in it looks equally urgent. The three that genuinely needed a decision get read at nine at night, after the ones that only needed reading.
The fix
The morning starts with everything sorted by what it wants from you: decide, delegate, read, or nothing. The genuinely routine replies arrive pre-drafted. Nothing at all is sent without a person pressing send.
How it was built
Classify by the action required, not by sender or subject line, because those two are what made the inbox useless in the first place. Anything contractual, sensitive or unfamiliar is never drafted at all. It goes to the top and is left alone.
