Billing Chain
Quotation to invoice to receipt in two clicks, correct under Thai law.

What we do
Each step carries the client and line items forward and takes a fresh number. Withholding tax is computed per document, so you see gross, tax, and what lands.
The problem
Quotations, invoices, receipts, withholding tax. Each one has to be correct under Thai law, numbered in sequence, with the amount written in words. Done by hand it is slow, it drifts, and at year end nobody can say who still owes what.
The fix
Issue a quotation. One click turns it into an invoice, one more into a receipt. Each step carries the client and the line items forward and takes a fresh number. One table shows the money.
How it was built
A small app that runs on one machine. Documents render to PDF from a template with the Thai typeface embedded, so they look identical anywhere. Withholding tax is computed per document, so the page shows the gross, the tax, and what actually lands in the account.
What it left behind
The cheapest category of build there is. No judgement, no ambiguity, no model deciding anything. Just the work every business does and nobody enjoys, done once and correctly.
