What we do
Four columns, each asking one thing. A card leaves the inbox by being given a date, and that single move is the whole processing ritual.
The problem
Everything upstream of delivery lives in the head: ideas still baking, people worth reaching, people who reached out, and the handful of things actually running. No screen answers the only question that matters in the morning.
The fix
Four columns, each asking one question, and a drawer for what closed. A card leaves the inbox by being given a date, which is the entire processing ritual.
How it was built
The inbox is the pressure valve and the only column that asks nothing, because friction at the moment of capture is fatal. Brightness means freshness there, not urgency, so old ideas visibly decay instead of nagging.
What it left behind
Kill is a first-class outcome, sitting between won and lost. Ideas run a timer toward a verdict rather than toward a next action.
