Second Brain
One repository holding projects, decisions and procedures as plain files.

What we do
Procedures are written down as documents rather than held as habits, so the same job runs the same way each time and improves when it fails.
The problem
Context scattered across a dozen apps means every assistant, human or otherwise, starts from zero each time and has to be re-briefed before it is useful.
The fix
One place holding projects, decisions, references and procedures as plain files, so the whole context can be read at once by whoever needs it.
How it was built
Procedures are written down as documents rather than held as habits, so the same job runs the same way every time and gets better when it fails.
What it left behind
An append-only decision log. The reasoning behind a call made a year ago is still readable, which is rarer than it sounds.
